In his nightly address, the Ukrainian president said Shahed drones had targeted a plant operated by the soft drinks giant in Brovary, a city less than 30 kilometres east of the capital.
Vladyslav is already considering going back to war, his brother said: 'He said those bastards should feel what he and seven of his fellow soldiers felt.'
The agreement would see Ukraine cede the entire Donbas region, while withdrawing its military presence in the parts of Luhansk and Donetsk it still holds.
